Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, shipping times may be extended.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order value. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders over a specific amount, which will be communicated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive this within 48 hours, please contact us at ferper251@gmail.com

🔄 Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@naturenestskincare.comwith your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
