✅ Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

• The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  
  
• You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  
  
• The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  
  
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  
  

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The product has been opened or used.
  
  
• The return request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
  
  
• The item was marked as “Final Sale.”
  
  
• Gift cards or promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
  
  

🔁 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

2. Include your order number, the reason for your request, and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
   
   
3. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

If your refund is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.

💳 Processing Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  
  
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  
  

Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return was due to an error on our part.
